Our application process is as follows:

Prior to making an appointment to view the interior of any of the properties available for lease, we request that you drive by the property to view it from the outside, in order to educate yourself as to whether or not the neighborhood, commute, and style of the rental unit are suited to your needs.

If you are interested in the property after you have driven by, you may contact our office and an agent will set up an appointment so you can view the interior of the property.  We will require a confirmation call from you prior to the appointment.  The reason we require this is due to "no shows" in the past.

Any properties that do accept pets, do so on approval basis only, and with an additional pet deposit in addition to the security deposit.

If you would like to apply for a property, we require a completed application for each person over 18 along with the application fee of $22 per person and a check for the security deposit. This application may be printed from our website or you may choose to apply online and pay with your credit card.

***Please be sure to check that the property you are interested in is still available before applying online as the application fees are NOT refundable.***

Once we have your completed rental application and the deposit check, we can begin the evaluation process.  This includes credit history, criminal background, employee history, and rental history.  This process takes a minimum of 48 hours.
